Masters of Ballet Photo Shoot October 2020 RISK ASSESSMENT

In addition to the Masters of Ballet Risk Assessment procedure, Sian Trenberth and her assistant will also carry out the below

 

  1. Studio cleaning policy

On arrival for your photo shoot you will be asked to sanitise your hands with our hand sanitiser.

Before and after every studio session the space where the photo shoot has taken place will be cleaned. Anything that may have been touched including surfaces, our hand sanitiser dispenser or equipment, for example reflectors, will also be cleaned.

The studio will be aired thoroughly to minimise any droplets in the air.

Two students will be photographed during the same session. Each student will be required to change at opposite ends of the studios.

  1. Time between sessions

Time will be left between sessions to enable cleaning.

  1. Sick policy

Customers will be required to disclose if anyone coming to the session has had a fever or any other symptoms such as coughs, sickness or vomiting or has been in contact with anyone displaying Covid-19 symptoms, suspected of having Covid-19 or has had a Covid-19 positive test result at least 24 hours before their session. Appointments will be re-arranged, at no cost.

  1. Self monitoring

The photographer, assistant and customers will be required to monitor their health before coming into the studio.

  1. Hand washing

Photographer and assistant will be required to thoroughly wash their hands for a minimum of 20 seconds before all sessions.

  1. Social distancing

The photographer and assistant agree that every effort will be made to keep the 2m social distancing advice at all times. During the photo shoot instructions to the clients, including  moving / adjusting hair or clothes. will be given from the distance stipulated by and in accordance with the social distancing rules.
